If your order cannot be delivered for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible to organise alternative arrangements.

Refunds/Replacements will be dealt with on an individual basis.

At Florist.com.au, we aim to protect our cutomer's confidential information with the greatest encryption technology possible. That's why we have a 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate issued to us by Verisign, the world's most trusted and reputable internet data security providers.

How it works

When you are on a secure page, any information you transmit will be strongly encrypted to prevent hackers from intercepting your credit card information and using it wrongly. Your confidential Information

It is the policy of Florist.com.au not to store any of our customer's credit card numbers. Once you have placed your order and your credit card has been verified as legitimate, the transaction occurs and your credit card details are disgarded by the system. If there is an error processing your card for any reason, (e.g. the card number you supplied is invalid) transaction will be revoked.

Although we do not store your credit card details, all credit card transactions receive a unique identification number that proves the transaction's acceptance into the banking system. This identification number can be used to trace any transaction back to the credit card issuer (eg; the bank that issued the MasterCard, Bankcard, or VISA credit card).
